Acro

Our Acro Class will focus on foundational refinement and new acrobatic skills. Classes are based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, and above all discipline and concentration.

Our ballet class will introduce dancers to proper body alignment and body placement, barre and center floor work, along with across the floor.  This class will help dancers with posture, flexibility, balance, self-discipline, and self confidence.

Cheer Dance

This class provides a fun, supportive environment where dancers can explore a jazz-based pom style, enhancing their confidence and performance quality. Participants will build technical skills and refine their precision, making it ideal for both dancers and cheerleaders, or anyone eager to develop their abilities.

Contemporary

Our contemporary dance class is an exploration of movement and expression that blends elements from various dance styles, including modern, ballet, and improvisation. It emphasizes personal interpretation, fluidity, and the ability to adapt and innovate. Participants often engage in exercises that develop both technical skills and creative freedom, fostering a deeper connection to their bodies and emotions. The class environment is typically supportive, encouraging dancers to push their boundaries while respecting their individual limits.

Floor Barre

Floor-barre is a ballet training method that adapts traditional barre exercises by moving them to the floor, eliminating the need to stand. This technique helps enhance your skills by strengthening and stretching your muscles, while also improving body awareness.

Hip Hop

Dancers will be introduced elements of Hip Hop including house, vougeing, popping, music video, whacking, & waving. This class is centered around giving your dancer confidence to believe in themselves while working on flexibility, coordination, and strength. 

1-Hour || Wednesday, 4:45-5:45

Jazz

Dancers will be introduced to classic jazz technique as well as beginner jumps and turns. This class will help to strengthen dancer's coordination, flexibility, and overall dance technique.

Tap

Our tap classes will focus on rhythm and patterns in footwork through proper technique as well as personal style and producing clear sounds. Classes include a variety of tap styles from broadway to rhythm tap. These classes are for dancers who like rhythm, precision, and creative styling. 

45-minutes || Tuesday, 7:30-8:15

There must be at least 4 dancers to be considered a class
